Who we are looking for
State Street’s Alpha Transaction Management team is seeking a versatile individual with strong business systems and data analysis skills for development and support of services and product offerings focused on Transaction Management. In the Alpha Client Data Integration role, the incumbent performs a myriad of duties to facilitate and support existing and future Alpha projects. These duties include the understanding and management of client data, in respect of the trade flows and operating models that have been agreed in the Transaction Management space, ensuring they have a full understanding of what set up is required and how to manage the external party outreach process. The role also requires the incumbent to be a SME for a variety of Transaction Management workstreams including OTC Trade Directives, External Party reach out, and ETD Trade Matching. The role will require the incumbent to understand all the pertinent information and work within our existing models and functionality to complete all relevant set up. This may require an element of technical knowledge to work on items such as self-service mapping and available file communication protocols. In order to facilitate such transformation, the incumbent must have a strong background in TM Data management and Operating Models. This person must possess skill in complex business data analysis with expertise in functional requirements gathering, documentation and data mapping; excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; a proven ability to liaise between business/implementation and technology teams; the ability to work with external parties; and strong collaboration skills.
