We are looking for an experienced Business Data Migration Expert with strong SAP Manufacturing knowledge to join a global ERP transformation program at Novartis.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of manufacturing-related data across global deployments. You will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams, acting as a key contributor to successful data migration execution.
Key Responsibilities

Perform and ensure completion of data cleansing activities

Manage data collection for manual and constructed objects

Prepare and align value mappings with IT teams

Create and maintain master data lists for assigned objects

Ensure data readiness and quality throughout the migration lifecycle

Validate and approve data upload files before and after load

Perform manual (type-in) data loads where required

Support dual maintenance activities

Execute and approve data verification scripts
Requirements
Required Qualifications

Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree (preferred)
Required Experience

Proven experience in SAP ERP implementations

Strong background in business-side data migration (non-technical focus)

Experience working with manufacturing data and processes

Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
