As a CE Data Migration-Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients within the Financial Services industry, specifically focusing on the Insurance sector. You will leverage your skills in Microsoft Dynamics CRM to deliver tailored solutions that address complex business challenges. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, helping them navigate the intricacies of data migration and system integration.

As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to manage workstreams and develop deliverables within client service engagements. You will be responsible for building meaningful client connections and guiding junior team members. Your role will involve analyzing complex concepts and interpreting feedback to inform insights and recommendations. You will also be expected to uphold professional and technical standards, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.

Responsibilities

- Managing CRM project implementations and integrations using Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Conducting business process analysis to enhance operational efficiency within CRM systems
- Leading customer journey analysis to improve client engagement and satisfaction
- Utilizing CRM analytics to provide insights and recommendations for business improvements
- Configuring and integrating Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions
- Developing and delivering user training sessions to enhance CRM adoption and usage
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine CRM functionalities
- Analyzing data management practices to optimize CRM data integrity and accessibility
- Supporting client engagements by providing technical guidance and CRM expertise
- Embracing change and fostering a culture of innovation within CRM projects

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
