Project Role Description : Provides assessment of existing solutions and infrastructure to migrate to the cloud. Plan, deliver, and implement application and data migration with scalable, high-performance solutions using private and public cloud technologies driving next-generation business outcomes.

As a Cloud Migration Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating current systems and infrastructure to determine the best approach for transitioning applications and data to cloud environments. This role includes planning and executing migration strategies that ensure scalable and efficient solutions, leveraging both private and public cloud platforms. The position requires close collaboration with various teams to align migration efforts with business goals, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption. Continuous monitoring and adjustment of migration processes are essential to achieve optimal performance and support next-generation business initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design migration plans.
- Monitor migration progress and troubleshoot issues to ensure timely delivery.
- Document migration processes and best practices for future reference.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TIBCO Administration.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Google Cloud Compute Services.
- Strong understanding of cloud migration methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in managing and optimizing middleware and integration platforms.
- Ability to analyze system performance and implement improvements during migration.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure components and deployment models.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in TIBCO Administration.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
