This role sits at the center of large-scale SAP transformation programs, supporting complex data migration initiatives across enterprise environments. You will contribute to end-to-end SAP implementation and AMS projects, ensuring accurate, secure, and efficient data movement across systems. Acting as a key interface between business users and technical teams, you will translate requirements into actionable migration activities. The position involves hands-on work with SAP ECC and S/4HANA landscapes, leveraging industry-standard migration tools and frameworks. You will also play a critical role in validating data quality, supporting testing cycles, and ensuring delivery excellence. Working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, you will help drive modernization efforts for global clients. Accountabilities

In this role, you will contribute to SAP transformation projects by ensuring smooth execution of data migration and support activities, acting as a key link between technical teams and business users:

  • Participate in SAP implementation and AMS (Application Management Services) projects.
  • Interface with business analysts and end users to understand requirements and service requests.
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor execution of service requests with development teams, owning the process end-to-end.
  • Perform unit and integration testing to ensure delivery quality and adherence to scope.
  • Provide continuous feedback to users regarding ticket status and request progress.
  • Propose and lead process improvements and risk mitigation initiatives.

Requirements

We are looking for professionals with strong experience in SAP data migration and system transformation environments, combined with solid communication and coordination skills:

  • Experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations, including SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA projects.
  • Proven participation in end-to-end project phases, including data extraction, transformation, and load cycles.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP data migration tools such as SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW, LTMC, LTMOM, SAP Data Services, and SAP MDM.
  • Strong understanding of data migration cycles and enterprise data management practices.
  • Ability to interact with business stakeholders and technical teams in a structured and clear manner.
  • Analytical mindset, problem-solving orientation, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and coordination skills in a project environment.
