Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Integration Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and integration solutions that support enterprise data platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ETL/ELT development, data integration, and big data technologies, ensuring reliable, secure, and high-quality data processing across multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines for data transformation, integration, and loading.
• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes using Informatica BDM, SSIS, IDQ, and other integration tools.
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and security through validation, monitoring, and error-handling mechanisms.
• Optimize data workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to support reporting and analytical requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues while ensuring high system availability.
• Stay current with emerging data engineering technologies and implement best practices for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering or Data Integration.
• Proven experience building scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and Java.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Apache Spark and Hadoop.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools including Informatica BDM, SSIS, and IDQ.
• Strong understanding of data integration, data quality, data governance, and performance optimization.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
