• Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.

Requirements

• Lead Data Migration and Conversion services across projects and data support processes
  
• Manage end-to-end data migration activities, including scope definition, planning, and timeline alignment
  
• Integrate migration activities into overall project plans with proper timeline analysis
  
• Identify stakeholders and facilitate knowledge transfer on data conversion processes and rules
  
• Collaborate closely with project and support teams to ensure smooth execution
  
• Coordinate and drive data-related cutover activities
  
• Maintain data conversion tools and perform detailed analysis of data issues
  
• Support complex data conversion and migration requests
  
• Provide second-level support for data migration tools
  
• Actively participate in Data Migration networks (LDOs and cross-functional teams)
  
• Contribute to IT communities and support IS/IT security compliance initiatives
