What you’ll be doing

  • Own and oversee APRA and superannuation regulatory reporting, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with underlying data
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of super and IDPS tax statements, including validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution
  • Act as a technical SME across superannuation tax, reporting obligations, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain strong tax data integrity and control frameworks, including oversight of complex considerations such as tax wash
  • Lead and support data transitions and migrations, ensuring historical data accuracy and smooth onboarding
  • Establish and enhance reporting governance and control frameworks across regulatory, tax, and operational reporting
  • Provide insights and reporting to senior leadership to support decision-making and risk management
  • Partner with Product and Fund Accounting teams to ensure alignment across product design, processing, and reporting outcomes
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, driving accountability, capability uplift, and continuous improvement
