Join our dynamic team to transform the employee experience through data, analytics, and responsible AI—delivering insights and products that improve workforce outcomes, leader decision-making, and firmwide productivity.

As a Technical Project Manager at JPMorganChase within the HR / Employee Experience Data & Analytics organization, you will lead cross-functional programs that enable high-impact people analytics and data products (e.g., workforce reporting, listening/sentiment insights, talent dashboards, HR data platforms, and AI-enabled employee experiences). You’ll translate HR and employee experience objectives into actionable delivery plans, navigate ambiguity across business and technical stakeholders, and drive measurable outcomes.

Job responsibilities

  • Program strategy & planning: Support the development and execution of program roadmaps for HR / Employee Experience Data & Analytics initiatives, aligning to organizational priorities and measurable outcomes (adoption, time saved, decision quality, risk reduction).
  • Operating rhythm & portfolio management: Own portfolio cadences (planning, prioritization, quarterly OKRs), track dependencies, manage RAID logs, and drive transparent status reporting across stakeholders.
  • Delivery oversight: Lead or support delivery of analytics and data initiatives (e.g., new dashboards, data pipelines, survey/listening analytics, AI/GenAI pilots), ensuring milestones, risks, and cross-team handoffs are actively managed.
  • Stakeholder management: Act as a liaison across HR product owners, HR operations, data engineering, data science, risk/compliance, and technology teams; ensure crisp communication and closure on action items.
  • Executive communications: Prepare briefing materials, updates, and narratives for senior leadership; synthesize data into insights, trade-offs, and recommendations to support decisions.
  • Process improvement: Identify bottlenecks in intake, prioritization, data access, and delivery processes; implement lightweight operating improvements to increase throughput and predictability.
  • Governance, privacy, and controls: Ensure adherence to data governance, employee data privacy expectations, model risk / AI governance (as applicable), and technology risk management requirements.
  • Change management & adoption: Support enablement plans (training, comms, stakeholder readiness) to drive adoption of new analytics products and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Team culture: Contribute to an inclusive, high-performing culture through communications, recognition, and team engagement.
