About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Data Migration Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA data migration and Syniti ADMM. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience delivering end-to-end SAP implementation or rollout projects and possess strong technical skills in data migration, ETL development, and SAP ABAP.

Must Have

• 2–12 years of overall experience in SAP Data Migration.
• Experience in data migration from SAP and/or non-SAP systems to SAP S/4HANA (On-Premise) with at least one full lifecycle implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Syniti ADMM, including at least one complete end-to-end migration project.
• Strong experience with SAP Data Services (BODS) 4.2 and ETL design and development.
• Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, including LTMC and LTMOM.
• Experience working on at least:
  • One end-to-end SAP Implementation/Rollout project.
  • One SAP Support project.
• Strong SAP ABAP development knowledge.
• Experience in migration activities including:
  • Data mapping
  • Migration technical specification preparation
  • Migration solution development
  • Data validation and reconciliation report design
• Understanding of SAP business process areas such as Order-to-Cash (O2C), Source-to-Pay (S2P), Make-to-Stock (M2S), Procure-to-Pay (P2P)/Buy-to-Pay (B2P), or similar functional domains.
• Experience working with multiple legacy systems during migration projects.

Good to Have

• Exposure to complex enterprise-scale SAP S/4HANA migration programs.
• Experience handling data migration from heterogeneous legacy systems.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to collaborate with functional, technical, and business stakeholders throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Knowledge of data quality, reconciliation, and migration best practices.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
