Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior SAP Regional Enterprise Architect & Data Migration Lead with a hybrid profile that combines strong technical expertise with business consulting capabilities.

This professional will act as a bridge between technical execution and strategic business outcomes, ensuring alignment between regional implementations and global SAP templates.


Key responsibilities:

  • Provide architectural guidance across SAP applications and integrations
  • Lead regional data migration activities following Global Data Factory standards
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, validation, and business sign-off
  • Facilitate business workshops to gather requirements and define processes
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical SAP solutions
  • Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and “clean core” principles
  • Support leadership with business impact analysis and technical feasibility
  • Coordinate with North American stakeholders and global teams
  • Act as a key interface between business and IT leadership
  • Prepare and maintain functional documentation (As-Is / To-Be processes)



Prerequisites

Mandatory:

  • Senior experience in IT with strong SAP background
  • Solid experience with SAP S/4HANA and data migration processes
  • Knowledge of data migration tools (LTMC, BODS, or similar)
  • Experience working with SAP Activate methodology
  • Proven experience in global programs or with US-based clients
  • Advanced or fluent English (MANDATORY)

Work Model & Conditions

  • Hybrid model: 3 days per week on-site in São Paulo
  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Monthly compensation in USD
  • Initial onboarding period may require additional on-site presence
