Senior Data Integration Specialist

Requirements

• Senior Data Integration (SQL) Specialist with 10+ years of total experience, including 8+ years in SQL Development, 8+ years in Data Integration/ETL, 5+ years of experience in the Financial Services domain, and 5+ years of experience in Data Modelling.
  
• Strong experience in the Banking and Financial Services domain.
  
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale data integration and ETL/ELT solutions.
  
• Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, functions, and performance-optimized database objects.
  
• Build and support data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, reconciliation, and migration.
  
• Integrate data across banking systems including Core Banking, Lending, Credit, Payments, Treasury, CRM, and Digital Channels.
  
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, quality, and lineage.
  
• Support both batch and real-time data integration requirements.
  
• Work with business stakeholders to understand financial and regulatory reporting requirements.
  
• Develop and maintain financial data models covering CIF, Lending, Credit, Mortgages, Payments, Treasury, Risk, Compliance, General Ledger, and Finance.
  
• Perform database performance optimization, data reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
  
• Support enterprise data transformation, migration, and modernization initiatives.
