What’s the role?

As a Senior Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering enterprise-grade data integration platform solutions using Informatica IDMC (CDI, CAI, CDGC), IBM Sterling (MFT), Databricks, SQL, Linux scripting, and modern ETL frameworks. You will play a key role in building scalable, reliable, and high-performing data pipelines that support critical business functions and enable seamless integration across complex enterprise environments.

You will focus on enabling secure and efficient data movement across platforms while driving automation, standardisation, and modernisation across enterprise data platforms. This includes enhancing data integration capabilities, improving operational efficiency, and supporting the organisation’s transition towards modern, cloud-based data architectures.

What do I need?

• Strong hands-on expertise in Informatica, particularly IDMC (CDI, CAI, CDGC), with the ability to build and support enterprise-scale data integration solutions. 
• Solid experience with Unix/Linux shell scripting for automation, job orchestration, and troubleshooting across data pipelines. 
• Strong proficiency in relational databases and SQL (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) for data transformation, querying, and optimisation. 
• Proven experience delivering data integration and engineering solutions within large, complex enterprise environments. 
• Strong understanding of data integration patterns, architecture, and best practices, with a focus on scalable and maintainable solutions. 
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP) and hybrid integration environments is nice to have. 
• Familiarity with tools and technologies such as Control-M and Python for workload automation and scripting is desirable.
