Team Description: (Overview of the team)

Data Operations is a centralised global utility that supports the NAV production process for mutual and hedge fund accounting teams in Europe, India and across several US locations. We also support various data operations within custody area.

We currently have 100 + people in permanent roles in Poland. These figures continue to grow as we take on new business. We also work very closely with our colleagues in the US, Ireland, and India to streamline and align processes.

We are a centre of excellence in the Global Securities Operations space and provide opportunities to gain considerable training and development across a range of functions, while benefitting from exposure to the wider NAV production process and custody operations.

We are seeking for Senior Specialist, Data Transfer, Integration & Quality to join one of our team in Wrocław, Poland.

 

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Creating financial instruments in accounting systems and daily maintenance of the database, using multiple data vendors. Finding, verifying, and analyzing data. 
  • Looking for potential process improvements and flagging inefficiencies.
  • Drive improvements using available digital tools and agentic AI solutions.
  • Running relationship with internal stakeholders for team deliverables and projects.
  • Conducting regular One-to-One/Team meetings to update staff on relevant developments and get feedback on operational issues.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Experience or working knowledge of pricing, security master or fund accounting functions preferable.
  • At least 4 years’ experience in a relevant area of Financial Services.
  • Proactive and focused attitude to work and an ability to constantly meet deadlines.
  • Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • AI savvy; analytical, organizational and time management skills.
  • Professional approach to work relations.
