In this role, you'll:

• Plan and coordinate enterprise-wide workforce, resourcing and mobility data strategies to address resourcing and capability challenges and retain critical talent across Sydney Metro.

• Lead the management and integration of complex resource management systems within a dynamic, multi-project environment ensuring accuracy, effective forecasting and optimisation.

• Deliver high-quality workforce data, insights and dashboards that enable informed decision-making, organisational agility and positive customer and community outcomes.

About you

• Demonstrated expertise managing complex resource management systems and workforce data to maintain a single source of truth and deliver high-quality analytics.

• Recognised as outcome focused, with strong capability to analyse complex data and influence policy, process and resourcing decisions.

• Proven experience in workforce planning, mobility and data integration, supporting the development of an agile, fit-for-purpose organisation.
