Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst (10+ years) to support a large-scale ERP Cloud Migration to Oracle Fusion. The role will focus on analysing, cleansing, and preparing enterprise asset data—particularly Fixed Assets within EAM (Enterprise Asset Management)—to ensure successful migration and data integrity. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ERP transformation projects, data quality management, and stakeholder collaboration in complex environments.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Analyse existing ERP data, with a strong focus on Fixed Assets and EAM datasets
  • Perform data cleansing, standardisation, and validation to ensure migration readiness
  • Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, duplicates, and gaps in legacy systems
  • Execute data reconciliation and quality assurance checks across multiple data sources
  • Support data mapping and transformation activities for migration to Oracle Fusion
  • Collaborate with business, finance, and technical teams to align data requirements
  • Prepare and structure asset data for cloud ERP migration
  • Develop and maintain data migration documentation (mapping rules, data dictionaries, validation logs)
  • Ensure adherence to data governance and data quality standards
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve data accuracy and structure
  • Participate in migration planning, testing, and validation cycles
  • Communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and project teams

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • 10+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in enterprise environments
  • Proven experience working on ERP transformation or migration projects (mandatory)
  • Strong hands-on experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) (mandatory)
  • Deep understanding of Fixed Assets data, asset lifecycle, and reconciliation processes
  • Experience in data cleansing, data quality management, and data validation frameworks
  • Strong experience in data mapping, transformation, and migration activities
  • Experience working with Oracle Fusion ERP (highly advantageous)
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, data analysis tools, and reporting tools
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Business)
  • Exposure to large-scale data environments and complex datasets
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and requirement gatherin
  • Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field
  • Master’s degree or relevant certification in Data Analytics / ERP / Cloud – advantageous

  • Technical Skills:

  • Strong expertise in data analysis, validation, and reconciliation
  • Proficiency in SQL and data querying tools
  • Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar)
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion data structures – preferred
  • Understanding of data governance, data quality, and migration frameworks
