Data Migration Manager - ERP Transformation (SAP to D365)

Our client is seeking We are seeking an experienced Data Migration Manager to lead the data stream for a major ERP transformation from SAP to D365. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring data is accurately migrated, validated, and signed off to support a successful and confident go-live.

You will take ownership of the end-to-end data migration process, coordinating multiple data sources into a single target environment while ensuring data quality, completeness, and alignment with business requirements. Working across stakeholders, vendors, and merging organisations, you will play a key role in enabling business continuity at cutover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage end-to-end data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, and multiple migration cycles
• Coordinate stakeholders and teams to ensure data readiness, quality assurance, and successful business sign-off
• Provide clear reporting, manage risks, and contribute as a Data SME to drive best-practice outcomes

About You: You are a detail-oriented and proactive professional with proven experience delivering data migration in complex transformation programs. You can operate independently, engage stakeholders effectively, and ensure high-quality outcomes within tight timelines.
