MDM Lead – S/4 Hana Data Migration
Location: Hybrid – Indianapolis, IN

Pay: Up to $75/hr
Contract

Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in their search for an MDM Lead to join their team in the Indianapolis, IN area. This successful resource will be responsible for leading data readiness, governance, and migration efforts for a major transformation initiative. This role will serve as the primary point of coordination while ensuring business data is properly prepared, validated, and migrated.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead data readiness activities, ensuring data quality and migration milestones are achieved on schedule
• Coordinate data cleansing, enrichment, and validation efforts across business and technical teams
• Oversee migration activities including trial loads, defect tracking, issue resolution, and readiness assessments
• Partner with business stakeholders to ensure migrated data supports operational and reporting requirements
• Facilitate testing efforts and validate migration results prior to production deployment
• Ensure compliance with governance, audit, and regulatory requirements during migration activities

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8+ years of experience in data management, ERP implementations, or large-scale data migration initiatives
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA data migration projects
• Experience working with SAP MDM

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• SAP S/4HANA, SAP MDG, or related data governance certifications
• Project or program management certifications
• Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or global enterprise environments

TERMS:

This is a contract opportunity with a wage up to $75/hr based on experience. Pinnacle will offer benefits while on contract.
