Job Summary
We are seeking a Remote Data Transformation Analyst to support data-driven digital transformation initiatives. This role focuses on cleaning, structuring, and analyzing data from multiple systems to improve business performance and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

Transform and validate data from multiple business systems

Build and maintain datasets, reports, and dashboards

Support data migration and integration projects (ERP/CRM/cloud)

Analyze data to identify trends and business insights

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance compliance

Collaborate with business, IT, and operations teams

Automate manual data processes where possible
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Data, IT, Statistics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or BI roles

Strong SQL and Excel skills (advanced level required)

Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools

Understanding of ETL and data transformation processes

Ability to work independently in a remote environment
