Senior Consultant / Manager SAP Data Management / Data Migration (Germany - All locations)

Your tasks:

• Carry out consulting as an SAP Data Management / Data Migration Consultant within complex S/4HANA transformation programmes
• Advise customers on data strategy, data quality, and data governance during transformation initiatives
• Design and execute end to end data migration approaches for SAP S/4HANA implementations
• Analyse legacy data structures and define data cleansing, mapping, and transformation rules
• Work with tools such as SAP Migration Cockpit, LTMOM, or ETL solutions
• Support data validation, testing cycles, and data reconciliation activities
• Collaborate closely with functional and technical teams across all project phases
• Deliver workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities
• Support business development and contribute to project acquisition initiatives

Your profile:

• Several years of experience in SAP Data Migration or Data Management projects
• Strong understanding of SAP data structures across modules such as FI, MM, SD, or others
• Experience in S/4HANA transformation projects and migration approaches (Greenfield, Brownfield, Landscape Transformation)
• Hands-on experience with migration tools such as Migration Cockpit, LTMOM, or similar
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks is an advantage
• Strong analytical mindset and structured working approach
• Very good German and good English language skills
• Willingness to travel within a consulting environment
