Role Overview

We are looking for experienced SAP Data Migration Consultants with Syniti expertise to support data migration initiatives for SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. The role involves working across end-to-end implementation, rollout, and migration projects, ensuring accurate and efficient migration of data from SAP and non-SAP systems.

Must-Have Skills Experience

• 4.5 – 8 years of SAP Data Migration experience

• Experience in data migration from SAP / Non-SAP systems to S/4HANA

• Must have worked on at least 1 end-to-end implementation or rollout project

• Experience in minimum 1 support project

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Syniti ADMM

• Experience in at least one full-cycle data migration project

• Hands-on experience with SAP Data Services (BODS)

• Good experience with SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit

• Hands-on experience with migration tools such as LTMC and LTMOM

• Strong knowledge of ETL design and development

SAP Functional Knowledge

• Understanding of SAP business process areas such as O2C, M2S, S2P, B2P

• Experience working with multiple legacy systems during migration projects

Development & Migration Activities

• SAP ABAP experience (essential)

• Experience in:

  • Data mapping

  • Migration technical specification documentation

  • Building migration solutions

  • Designing reconciliation reports

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience in large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs

• Exposure to multiple migration tools and methodologies

• Experience handling complex legacy data structures

• Knowledge of data validation and reconciliation frameworks

• Experience collaborating with functional and technical teams during migration phases
