Job Overview:

We are looking for experienced SAP Data Migration Consultants with expertise in Syniti (ADMM) to support large-scale S/4HANA migration and rollout projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in full lifecycle data migration from SAP and non-SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end data migration activities for SAP S/4HANA implementations and rollouts
• Work on data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
• Design and build migration solutions using Syniti ADMM and SAP Data Services (BODS)
• Perform data mapping, validation, and reconciliation reporting
• Prepare technical migration specifications and documentation
• Collaborate with functional teams across modules like O2C, S2P, M2S, B2P
• Support data migration testing, cutover planning, and hypercare activities

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Syniti ADMM with at least one full-cycle implementation
• Experience in SAP Data Services (BODS 4.2)
• Good knowledge of ETL design and data migration frameworks
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA Migration Cockpit (LTMC, LTMOM)
• Experience in data migration from SAP and non-SAP systems to S/4HANA (On-Premise)
• Understanding of business processes such as O2C, S2P, M2S, B2P
• Strong experience in data mapping, cleansing, and reconciliation
• SAP ABAP knowledge is mandatory

Project Experience Requirement:

• At least 1 end-to-end implementation or rollout project
• Experience in support projects is required

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to multiple legacy systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in large-scale transformation programs
