The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Software Engineering team you will lead data migration projects, đảm bảo seamless integration and transformation of data. As a Senior Associate, you will mentor junior developers, manage specific data domains, and leverage your advanced SQL and ETL skills to deliver quality solutions.

Responsibilities

- Lead data migration projects securing integration success

- Manage specific data domains and oversee transformations

- Mentor junior developers and review their work

- Utilize advanced SQL and ETL techniques for solutions

- Maintain seamless data flow and integrity during migration

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project success

- Document migration processes and outcomes

- Stay informed on data management standards

What You Must Have

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical discipline. 

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering or large-scale data migration programs. 

- Advanced SQL expertise.

- Strong Python programming experience in production environments. 

- Experience designing ETL/ELT pipelines in enterprise or cloud environments.

What Sets You Apart

- Experience with Change Data Capture (CDC) implementations. 

- Experience migrating data across ERP, CRM, Finance, HR, or other enterprise platforms. 

- Familiarity with data modeling concepts (dimensional and relational). 

- Exposure to containerization (Docker) is a plus. 

- Understanding of security best practices in data movement
