Your future duties and responsibilities:

Job Description:

D365 FO Data Migration Expert with 5–7 years of experience in ERP implementations, specializing in data migration strategies, tools, and execution within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end data migration activities including planning, extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

. Lead end-to-end data migration activities in D365 FO implementation projects
. Define data migration strategy, approach, and timelines
. Perform data assessment and cleansing from legacy systems
. Design and develop data mapping documents
. Work with business teams for data validation and sign-off
. Execute data migration using tools like Data Management Framework (DMF) / Data Entities
. Handle data transformation and staging activities
. Perform data reconciliation and validation post-migration
. Support mock runs, cutover, and go-live activities
. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues
. Collaborate with functional and technical teams



Technical Skills

. Strong experience in D365 FO Data Migration tools (DMF / Data Entities)
. Knowledge of data models in Finance and SCM modules
. Experience with SQL Server / data querying
. Understanding of ETL processes
. Familiarity with Azure Data Factory (ADF) (preferred)
. Experience in handling large data volumes

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. Bachelor's degree in technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, business analytics or related field.
