Data Migration Lead S/4HANA

The Data Migration Lead is accountable for overseeing the full lifecycle of data migration activities, from strategy and planning to execution, within a global SAP S/4HANA template rollout.

Required Skills & Experience

SAP & Migration Expertise

• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations (Greenfield)

• Minimum of 3 end-to-end projects as a Data Migration Lead

• Proven track record in global template or multi-country rollout programs

• In-depth knowledge of SAP data objects (FI, CO, PM, PP, EWM)

• Hands-on experience with data migration tools and ETL concepts

Program & Leadership Skills

• Experience managing large, distributed teams and multiple rollout waves
• Strong capabilities in planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable migration strategies

Data Management Competencies

• Data governance and data quality frameworks

• Reconciliation processes and audit compliance

• Understanding of master vs. transactional data migration approaches.

• Data mapping and transformation design.
