Key Responsibilities:
- Upload and migrate approximately 700 client contact records from spreadsheets into JobAdder

Parse, clean, and format data to ensure compatibility with JobAdder fields

Ensure all client information is uploaded accurately and completely
Identify and resolve any data inconsistencies or formatting issues

Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the migration process

Coordinate with the team if clarification is needed on data fields or formatting requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience using JobAdder, particularly with data uploads or migrations

Experience parsing and uploading client/contact information from spreadsheets into CRM or ATS systems

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets

Ability to complete tasks efficiently within a short project timeline

Strong organizational and time management skills
Working Hours:
- Part-time: 4 hours per day
- Estimated project duration: 1 week or until completion of the migration
